I figured that since they nearly killed us and left us in a random state they would refund. Nope not a chance. Don't ever fly AA the planes and employees are horrible! The date of the flight was August 24th, 2012. I'm lucky to be alive.

I fly american mostly . but now im searching for a new airline because i have found that they are terrible as far as respect to customers. what u wrote about says it all. I would sue them i am. American airlines has a hard time fessing up to their problems mistakes and is looking for other creepy means to get around them. I had my luggage taken at gate for no more room. when i got it back 4 days later my camera and everytying in the small carry on was strew inside a plastic bag and a man hannded it to me inside out upside down, idid not realize my fragile and most important camera for what i flew for to be in a compettion and fufil my goal and dream to contend and bought this camera i got, and never got to use it as it was smashed beyond repair..
they made me file a report i was not compensated for the days i lost my bags and the trips i took to airport becuase no ne picked up the phone and time effort, but they denied my claim and also said it was my fault. this is a their way of not dealign with their own problems. this is what they tell the agents to say to every problem. obviosly someone in american airlines is an alcholic who cant cope.
its about time that we joined together and file a class actoin multimillion dollar law suit against this ariline for losses and their inability to take hold.
