Have flown emirates and Qatar and in any issue, especially to members they have been apologetic and have compensated with various perks. This shows they care for their frequent flyers and loyal customer. Etihad seems to care about ppl from certain background whether your and in the lounge, asking upgrade or have a special request, it gets attention if a westerner asks.. Sorry this is the hard fact about this airlines and if you agree please post your problems...

I don't know think writing to another communication channel of yours will help in any way but just you are introducing layers to complicate the matter. Unless you have some compeling reason to convince me!! Already wrote to your Etihad Gold Guest email and I get same to write to another email (not even the one you gave). So you see you guys need to get your act right. |
