Thumbs down Air China Several Problems not addressed

It has been almost 2 months since i sent the following letter to Air China and they have not responded.

Dear Sir/Madam

me and my wife were booked on Air China flights as follows
confirmation number NB61Z from San Franciso to Bangkok and return
Mar 28 CA 986, CA 979
Apr 18 CA 980, CA 985

A variety of severe problems were encountered during our travel with Air China.
The ground staff at Beijing airport were absolutely unhelpful and rude.

1. delay of flight CA 986 that arrived Beijing late.
we missed our connection CA 979
in turn we missed our connection in Bangkok to Phuket by Air Asia to leave Bangkok Mar 30 7:55 am
The cost of that ticket $184 as well as hotel booking in Phuket $64 were a loss to us.
2. our checked baggage was held in Beijing and did not reach Bangkok.
we are enclosing a copy of our baggage tags CA 268409, CA 563025
Please arrange to reimburse us for the cost of these contents

3. the return flight out of Bangkok CA 980 was delayed by more than 7 hours.
we were left stranded at Bangkok airport with no food

4. we had requested Indian (Jain) vegetarian meals on all segments more than a month early to these flights.
our flight CA959 (next day connection to Bangkok) as well as return flight CA 980 and CA 985 did not
provide us with vegetarian meals. So, for 3 out of 4 segments we went without meals and the air hostesses
did not understand us and help us. They were rude asking us to go without meals.

I am enclosing all documentation related to this travel.
Please arrange to reimburse and compensate me for our losses and suffering.
I hope you attend to this matter with utmost urgency unlike your ground staff at Beijing airport.
If i don’t hear from you soon, I will be happy to publicize this matter on all forums regarding Air China’s deprecated service.
