No care about customer, it is customer nerves
I travelled from AUH Abu Dhabi to Barcelona with one stoppage in London by BA on 28th July flight BA 72, the employees in Abu. Dhabi checked all documents for me and my family ( 5 passengers ) required for boarding and fly by BA everything is going perfect and we arrived to Barcelona, our return flight was on 4 August and we arrived early in the morning before BA counters opening time and when the BA employee checked our documents and ticket he said that he can't allow us to fly with them to return to Abu Dhabi through London as our Spain visa was category C, and this not allow to have transit in London
I told him that we came to Barcelona by the same way and why BA employees allow us to travel from Abu Dhabi (as if I know that there is a problem from the beginning, I will not travel until have a required permission or to fly by another air lines and save my family from this issue) and the BA employee said it was a mistaken from AUH employee, sorry I can't do anything for you and you have to check the ticket desk to check another flight with any other stoppage , No body help us and we stayed alone in Barcelona , BA they creat the problem and I have to search and look for solution with the other air lines
Finally I found tickets with Lufthansa to Abu Dhabi, It cost me about 6000 Euro plus the bad effect in all my family mode and when I returned back to Abu Dhabi, I sent claim to BA customer service their reply was to deal with your agent Expedia as they are responsible for you as they (BA) said, I sent another mail explain that BA employee who check my documents not the agent but no reply or comment from BA customer service, I will keep on them until I got my rights and I intend to raise the case to court as it is not justice
