Bag was lost, not only lost - we found it with another airline back in city of origin 2 days later. Lost the bag again sending it to destination. Then had to fwd the bag to 2nd country to catch us. When we went to return home refused to allow excess baggage to cover the extra clothes that had to be bought (and not charged back mind you) because of the week spent without bag. Complained through several channels to be told we had to pay the excess.
