Angry Missing Gold Items and Inhumane behavior

Worst inhumane, unprofessional experience we had with you during PHX - DEL flight under reservation RTLKMH. My wife had to travel alone with two year old toddler due to unexpected circumstances. Our nightmare started with AA agent (Michele) denying to accept baggage which was within permissible weight limits. We had our luggage measured and wrapped on airport site but she kept on insisting on 50lbs even after showing her baggage policies from Eithad and AA websites along with airport receipts. She was rude and her exact statement was "Lady, do you wanna go or not". We had to tear-off wrapping, throw 4 pounds from bags and then only those were accepted.

An email was sent in advance to accessibilityhelp@etihad.ae explaining the situation for assistance during her travel as she was traveling with a toddler with health issues. But useless people monitoring this email id didn't even bother to reply. There were remarks added to this PNR for the same but your agent behind desk was useless. She had to rush for international transit with 30 pound kid in her arms along with carryon bags. She barely managed to reach connecting flight on time and NOTIFIED crew for ongoing trouble, they confirmed her for further help. Now here comes the brilliant part, you made her miss flight in Abu Dabhi because you "somehow" transferred stroller to next flight. Leaving her waiting and apparently missing flight. Now they were stranded for 15 hours on airport. We were waiting for them on Delhi airport and had no clue on what's happening. I called your efficient customer support and he told us that they were already checked in. I requested him to transfer call to Abudabhi counter so that I can atleast give her moral support to get through waiting time. But he had no clue on how to connect either. After wasting several mins we were on square one, he wasn't able to connect and on the same time no one was responding on phone numbers provided on your web site.

Still our miserable experience with your airline wasn't over.Looks like you left our bags with bunch of monkeys because they came torn/broken and one of the bag was missing precious gold bars and rest of the items were stuffed in poly bags. This occurred on the January 31st, 2016.
