After cancelling my flight, 2 of my luggage needs to be returned to me at the Heathrow airport.
Funnily enough, the airline was only able to locate one suitcase. While the other suitcase needs to be picked up in another terminal, 5 minutes before the service closes. I had to stay over at the airport, costing me extra money for the hotel, delaying my flight. Next morning when I got to the terminal's baggage claim at 8 am, they were still unable to get my suitcase until 11, when I need to leave for my flight. After filing everything for BA to send my bag back to my home address, I have just gotten an automatic email telling me my bag is being sent to French Polynesia, my original destination, even after I've filed and told the employee that it must be sent back to China, my permanent address? In conclusion, BA couldn't get my bag to me the first time; couldn't find my bag the second day given at least 4 hours; and now couldn't even send it to the correct address? I demand my bag to be sent back to me as soon as possible. The employee of BA at Heathrow promised me that it will be in China within 3 days (before the 19th July), I am looking forward to seeing that happening. My baggage reference number is LHRBA66224.
