Southwest flight Phoenix to las Vegas Feb 8th Flight 1820 THE STAFF REMOVED A WOMAN DISABLED who's carry on suitcase broke, wheel came off and handle broke she can not lift and pushed the bag down to her seat seated and belted in reading they said she acted DRUNK and would not let her fly or the second flight to Vegas

The back was in spasms and the staff at the Phoenix airport said she was fine, needed help as the suitcase was broken not DRUNK AT ALL

The staff on the aircraft & Pilot needs a BIG BIG BIG slap on the wrist and needs to send a letter saying they are sorry ! ! !

Needless to say people waiting in Vegas had their time wasted by Southwest and traveling over a Mt.

pass at night made the trip to the home over one and a half hours from the airport far long and late and well not working today due to lack of sleep thanks to SOUTHWEST

The woman said to check with the Southwest flight to Phonix to see there were two drinks served TWO not more and again STAFF IN PHOENIX AIRPORT SAID SHE WAS FINE TO TRAVEL ! ! THEY HELPED HER NOT SOUTHWEST WHO WANTED HER TO STAY IN PHOENIX WITHOUT LUGGAGE ETC ! ! ! !
