Default U/A employees reflect attitude of management

I left New Orleans airport this morning luckily barely making it to the gate seconds before they closed the door, We came to the airport in plenty of time, 2 hours before, You would think this airline has had enough time to figure out how to process people through the lines. everyone in line was burning because the line was moving so slow, one of the girls at the counter was doing nothing but sitting on her ass. and when people started wondering why she couldnt help them, she said excuse me I can't hear you.and told the people to get in the other line, while she still did nothing , no service, My itinerary which said when my connection from Denver was suppose to happen, didn't because this girl at the New Orleans airport booked me 3 1/2 hours later than when my flight was suppose to leave, when I showed up at the flight to leave at 8:20, the girl at United in Denver, told me I would have wait till next flight and feeling like all the employees had huge stinking attitudes, I've been in business for 30 years and have been always growing and have always made money, because I value my customers and my people do too. I am unhappy

One former UA passenger was so fed up with their "service" that he started a website specifically for United. You might want to try that as well.

Good luck!

If you were already booked, then what did she book? They can only check you in for a flight you are booked for.

My question exactly. The girl in new orleans couldn't have booked you for a flight, you were already booked on. Now if you were rebooked.... that's a whole other story. But that doesn't appear to be the case.
