Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mina Youssef, Project manager for Aramco Projects in Khafji KSA and I am living in Kuwait since almost 3 years. In 2010 only I booked on airarbia around (7) times to visit my home town Alexandria. So far it was a bit acceptable.

My complain is that I booked a flight for my parent to come & visit me before Christmas in Kuwait. the flight supposed to be November 25th. Today is 25 Nov and I am writing from Kuwait and my parent are in Borg El arab Airport for more than 10 Hours beceasue of THE BAD & FOGY VISIBILITY .....what a shame!! Does Fog can stay up to 10 hours in Alexandria !!! and if yes how other airline like Jazeera airline flew from same airport to same destination and arrive early as well !!! Of course I didn't sleep since yesterday to follow up with them. Thankfully I opened the Kuwait airport website to know when the exact arrival and if found it will be late 2 hours that was the begining, I called my parents to inform them and nobody was aware of that there. and so on it goes till now!!!

Also, I am surprised how airarabia management satisfied their angry passengers. They brought them one biscuit & one juice......... No comment !!!
