worst customer service!!treated customers like ****
Me and my other friends were going to Cancun Tonight (3/11) by 7. We got there around 5pm and started to line up. Two of my friends were holding a non-US passports and the employee didn't know what the documentation is so she walked really slow to ask her supervisor if the form is alright. By the time she walked back it was already 30 minutes after so they couldn't check in at all!! This male employee pretended to call the gate and told us they couldn't get on the plane today. However, it wasn't our responsibility because of the woman who took away their passports and other documentation and made them not be able to check in. The guy who was in charge screw them up by lying to them that he put them on the standby list which they found out later on that it wasn't true. THEY ARE NOT ON THE LIST AT ALL!!!! Continental is by far the most unprofessional, irresponsible airline i've ever deal with. Will never take continental again!! avoid them!!
