I know this is a complaint log & when I'm treated badly I complain, but I also believe in sending out a Kudo for a job well done. My husband & I are planning to fly out to MO for our son's military graduation labor day weekend. He will be flying back with us and I wanted to be sure we all had the same flight home so I was hesitant to book online. I always thought it was much more expensive to book on the phone. My husband called the airlines while I hopped online, he got Jennifer @ Delta reservations and she was very helpful, got us the flights we wanted, the same price as online and was able to book everything for us. Thank you Jennifer, I wish all Delta employees were as helpful as she was. I have had problems flying Delta in the past, but we don't have a choice without driving 3 hours to a different airport, I just hope our flight goes as smoothly as the reservations.
