I(Osamu Fukuzaki) and my wife flew from JFK to Montreal on January 29th. A baggage person mistakenly reload my baggage on the plane that returned to JFK on that day. A person at baggage service counter at Montreal airport promised us that they load it on the first flight(JFK to Montreal;arrival time 9:20am January 30th) and deliver it to our hotel in Montreal. But we have not gotten my baggage and any contact from them so far. I already sent 2 e-mails about this issue to their customer relation department. But there is no reply other than auto reply mail. Their locator system on their web site still shows "unknown" about my baggage. How can I get back my baggage. Is this their usual treatment to their customers?
