Repeated unsuccessfull attempts were made on 11-10-2015 to book round about ticket in the name
of Jubin ThomasVarghese through Ethiyad airlines for travel Kuwait to kochi (15-10-2015)and
Kochi to kuwait(21-10-2015)as per the following details

a)HDFC credit card of Thomas T Mali
1 transactions at Rs 15268/-
Transcation ID NO
b)HDFC debit card of Mary Mali
1 transaction at Rs 14961/-
Transcation ID NO 528490012916

The transactions was repeated shown as "server error"on your system and no indication was
coming up for E.Ticket print out.Had the ticket been booked/confirmed the server should have
advised to print out.The passenger had ultimately travelled from Kuwait to Kochi with another
ticket.A complaintwas lodged on time on 16-10-2015 but so far no reply
We request you to return the amount (Rs30229/- ) credited
